The award-winning project stood out for its exceptional cost-efficiency performance and for delivering a clean, environmentally-conscious solution for goods transport.
Macro Group played a key role in this achievement, contributing with the design and manufacturing of the moulds, as well as with R&D efforts focused on processing highly innovative raw materials — specifically WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) containing 70% wood fibre and 30% polypropylene.
The project’s success relied heavily on the engineering of the injection system and the rheological optimisation of the process, ensuring high performance, precision and sustainability standards.
