A maintenance audit is a comprehensive assessment of an organisation’s management processes, conducted to verify which activities are being carried out correctly, effectively and in a timely manner, in accordance with the standard's requirements. This evaluation ensures the quality, compliance, and ongoing efficiency of the implemented Quality Management System.

The external assessment confirmed the effectiveness and robustness of Macro Group' system and validated the alignment of its processes with demanding international standards.

The report issued by TÜV highlighted several strengths of the organization's strengths, including:
