This year, Leiria was the stage chosen for our get-together. In the picturesque setting of this city, we explored a whole narrative of culture and tradition. The Castle guided tour and the emblematic points of Leiria proved to be a tourist experience, with an enriching immersion in the history that shaped, and continues to shape, the unique identity of this city. In the evening, the get-together dinner was actually a feast of sharing and gratitude. Between laughter and toasts, we recognized the Macro Group Team efforts and presented, for the third consecutive year, the “Merit Award” to one of our oldest employees, as well as four "Career Awards" for 10 and 20 years of collaboration. It was a moment in which individual achievements were intertwined with collective successes, strengthening the team spirit that drives us into the future. Christmas gathering is a tradition and a renewed commitment to building a culture where each member is valued, each story is heard, and each year is celebrated as a collective journey.
